आता शेतकऱ्यांना अनुदानाचे वाटप केवळ उपअभियानातून केले जाणार आहे. अर्थात, केंद्राने हा बदल केला असला तरी राज्य शासनाने कोणताही धोरणात्मक बदल केलेला नाही. त्यामुळे यांत्रिकीकरणातील राज्य पुरस्कृत योजना आहे यापुढेही चालू राहणार आहे.
