जिल्ह्यात निफाड व दिंडोरी तालुक्यांत सर्वाधिक द्राक्ष लागवडी असून, निर्यातक्षम द्राक्ष उत्पादक म्हणून या भागातील देशभरात ओळख आहे. मात्र निसर्गाची अवकृपा होऊन सुरुवातीपासून निफाड तालुक्याला फटका बसला. तर आता रविवारी (ता. १५) दिंडोरी तालुक्यातील ९ महसूल मंडलांमध्ये ३७ गावे गारपिटीच्या तडाख्यात सापडली आहे.
In the district Niphad and Dindori talukas have maximum grape cultivation and these areas are known throughout the country as exportable grape producers. But due to nature's evil, Niphad taluka was hit from the beginning.
Now on Sunday (15th) 37 villages in 9 revenue mandals of Dindori taluka have been found under hailstorm.
