‘ग्लायफोसेट’बाबत काढण्यात आलेल्या अधिसूचनेमुळे शेतकऱ्यांना समस्या येत असतील, तर त्याबाबत केंद्राकडून आढावा घेतला जाईल, असा युक्तिवाद केंद्राने या वेळी न्यायालयात केला. त्यामुळे न्यायालयाने अधिसूचनेला तीन महिन्यांची स्थगिती देत केंद्राला आपले म्हणणे सादर करण्यास सूचित केले आहे.
