निर्यातबंदी केल्यानंतर लेटर ऑफ क्रेडिट मिळालेल्या निर्यातदार सरकारच्या परवानगीची वाट वाहत होते. सरकारने आता १६ लाख टन गव्हाला केंद्र सरकारने निर्यातीसाठी नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र दिले. म्हणजेच बंदरांवर अडकलेल्या १६ लाख टन गव्हाच्या निर्यातीचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला.
