राज्यात कांद्याचे दर कोसळल्यामुळे शेतकरी आंदोलनात उतरले आहेत. त्यातच अवकाळी पावसामुळे दैना केल्याने शेतकऱ्यांवर दुहेरी संकट ओढवले आहे. कांद्याचा प्रश्न चिघळत चालल्याची दखल घेऊन केंद्र सरकारने अखेर मंगळवारी (ता. ८) एक महत्त्वाची घोषणा केली.
