विधिमंडळाच्या अर्थसंकल्पीय अधिवेशनाचा आज (ता. २८) दुसरा दिवस आहे. सभागृहाचे कामकाज सुरू होण्यापूर्वी विरोधकांनी सभागृहाच्या पायऱ्यांवर गळ्यात कांद्याच्या माळा घालून आंदोलन केले. विधानसभेचे कामकाज सुरू झाल्यानंतर विरोधी पक्षनेते अजित पवार यांनी सर्व कामकाज बाजूला ठेऊन कांद्याच्या प्रश्नावर चर्चा करण्याची मागणी केली. त्यानंतर कांद्याच्या प्रश्नावर चर्चा सुरू झाली.
