जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयासमोर सोमवारी (ता. १०) सोनवणे हे उपोषणाला बसले होते. मात्र मुख्यमंत्र्यांचा दौरा असल्याने हे उपोषण मागे घेत जिल्हा प्रशासनाकडे निवेदन सादर केले. त्यात त्यांनी नमूद केल्यानुसार, जिल्ह्यात कांदा आवक होणाऱ्या बाजार समित्या व व्यापाऱ्यांनी संगनमताने कांदा अनुदान लाटण्यासाठी बनावट व्यवहार दाखवून गैरप्रकार केला आहे.
Sonwane was on hunger strike in front of the collector office on Monday (10th). However, as the Chief Minister was on a visit, the hunger strike was withdrawn and a statement was submitted to the district administration. According to him mentioned in it, market committees and traders who import onion in the district have conspired to show fake transactions to evade onion subsidy.
