मागील हंगामात देशातील बाजरी उत्पादन जवळपास १ लाख टनाने कमी होऊन ९ लाख ६७ हजार टनांवर स्थिरावले होते. यंदाही महत्वाच्या बाजरी उत्पादक राज्यांमध्ये पावसाचा पिकाला तडाखा बसला होता. त्यामुळे उत्पादनात घट होण्याचा अंदाज आहे.
In the previous season, millet production in the country decreased by almost 1 lakh tonnes to 9 lakh 67 thousand tonnes. This year too, rains hit the crop in important millet producing states. Therefore, the production is expected to decrease.
