सपाट भागासाठी प्रतिहेक्टरी १२५०० रुपये, तर डोंगरी भागासाठी प्रतिहेक्टरी १५ हजार रुपये असा आर्थिक मापदंड केंद्राने ठरवला होता. २००८-०९ पासून ते २०१३-१४ पर्यंत केंद्राचा ९० टक्के हिस्सा तर राज्याचा १० टक्के हिस्स्या या प्रमाणे निधी प्राप्त झाला.
The center had fixed the financial parameters of Rs 12,500 per hectare for flat areas and Rs 15,000 per hectare for hilly areas. From 2008-09 to 2013-14, the Center received 90 per cent share and the State 10 per cent share.
